The Data Protection<\/strong> section gives you access to Screen’s legal documents and allows you to manage the protection of your data. Simply click Data Protection<\/strong> under the settings menu \u2699\ufe0f at the top right of the screen to get started:<\/p>\n\n\n

    In this section you can access the Terms of Service, Customer Agreement, DPA<\/em>, and Privacy Policy<\/em>. You can also save your Data Privacy Officer’s email address. All candidate requests about personal data go to this address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Data Retention<\/strong> option allows you to set the frequency you want to anonymize or delete your candidates’ information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u2705 Set the number of days to zero to disable this option. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Candidate Privacy Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Candidate Privacy Policy<\/strong> option allows you to set your Privacy Policy URL<\/strong> which will be accessible to your candidates before they start their test. <\/p>\n\n\n

    Data Access and Account Deletion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Data Access<\/strong> and Account Deletion<\/strong> panels will allow you to contact us with data access requests, or if you want to delete your account.<\/p>\n\n\n
