Candidates must be set up properly in the tracking systems in order to associate your candidate with their corresponding test.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In your external <a href=\"https:\/\/coderpad.io\/resources\/docs\/screen\/integrations\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/coderpad.io\/resources\/docs\/screen\/integrations\/\">Applicant Tracking System (ATS)<\/a>, or any other candidate management software or file, make sure all candidates have unique IDs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In Screen, enter the unique IDs in the <strong>Name<\/strong> field of the invitation window.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your recruiter email address in the <strong>Email<\/strong> field, <strong><em>NOT <\/em><\/strong>your candidate\u2019s email address. You can ignore the <em>Duplicated email<\/em> notification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019ll receive the invitation link by email which you can then share with your candidate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the candidate finishes their test, you\u2019ll receive an email saying that candidate <code>&lt;unique-id&gt;<\/code>&#8216;s report is available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Associate the unique ID with the candidate in your tracking systems.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/coderpad.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-96.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"929\" height=\"809\" src=\"https:\/\/coderpad.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-96.png\" alt=\"The candidate invite screen is shown with a list of candidates.
