In fact, 60% of hiring leaders say improving the quality of the hire is their top priority for 2026, and 44% say enabling AI friendly hiring processes is now a core goal . At the same time, 53% of hiring leaders expect their budgets to increase this year , signaling that companies are investing, but they are investing with intention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This directly reflects what we heard on the ground at TalentSphere. Speed and efficiency are not just optimization plays anymore. They are tied to quality, AI readiness, and competitive advantage. In this environment, efficient messaging is not a nice to have. It is table stakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. A lot.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Catherine, our VP of Marketing, heard this consistently: TA leaders care deeply about the candidate journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not just because it feels good, but because it impacts brand, acceptance rates, and long term reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is frustration around clunky processes, too many steps, and assessments that do not reflect real work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Again, this mirrors our report. High performing teams focus on realistic assessments, clear communication, and shorter time to decision.
