So your recruitment has slowed down and you want to reduce your plan or unsubscribe from CoderPad? We\u2019re very sad to see you go and hope to see you again soon! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\":warning:\" These steps are only available for customers with a monthly or annual plan paid by credit card.<\/strong> An account admin needs to take the following steps. If you have an Enterprise or invoiced account, please contact support<\/a> to cancel or downgrade to the free tier.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

To start the unsubscribe or downgrade process, first navigate to the Billing<\/strong> tab and select Unsubscribe <\/strong>under the Billing Overview <\/strong><\/em>section. <\/p>\n\n\n

You will then be presented with the following pop-up window:<\/p>\n\n\n

Click on Downgrade to Free<\/strong> to proceed with this option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You’ll then be taken to the Downgrading to Free<\/em> window. Select a reason why you’d like to downgrade your account, and then click Downgrade to Free<\/strong> to finish downgrading your account.<\/p>\n\n\n

Once you click Proceed<\/strong>, you’ll be asked to confirm your downgrade.<\/p>\n\n\n

You’ll then be presented with a confirmation of the downgrade, and you will no longer be billed for premium services.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u2705Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Undo the cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To undo your cancellation, simply navigate to the Billing<\/em> page and click Undo Cancellation<\/strong> at the top of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n

Then click Confirm<\/strong> on the pop-up window to finish undoing the cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n
