We\u2019re still working with our integration partners to update the searches, until then you\u2019ll still see references to \u201cCoderPad\u201d or “CoderPad Live” when you search within the partner\u2019s application.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The Interview platform’s live integration with Greenhouse allows you to schedule and manage live interviews as part of the Greenhouse interview planning system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this document, we show you how to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Enable the Interview Integration<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Connect your calendar to Greenhouse<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n

    \u2757Every user in your organization that wants to schedule and manage<\/strong> interviews with Greenhouse must have an Interview account, and set up the integration for their Greenhouse account.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    1. Find Your Interview API Key<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Your API key allows you to integrate Greenhouse Recruiting with the Interview platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Go to the My Settings<\/strong><\/a> page in your Interview account and copy the API Key<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Enable the Interview Integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Go to your Greenhouse Recruiting dashboard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click the ellipsis<\/strong> \"Icon_-_Ellipses.png\" on the navigation bar and select Integrations<\/strong> from the dropdown menu.<\/p>\n\n\n

    On the Integrations page, search for “CoderPad”. Select CoderPad Live<\/strong> from the results list.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Click Connect <\/strong>in the CoderPad Live pop up.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Paste in your API key and click Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

    The Interview integration is now enabled for your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Connect your calendar to Greenhouse<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In order to schedule candidate interviews, you have to connect your calendar to Greenhouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click the ellipsis<\/strong> \"Icon_-_Ellipses.png\" from your navigation bar and select Integrations<\/strong> from the dropdown menu.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Click Scheduling<\/strong> from the Integrations dropdown list. <\/p>\n\n\n

    Select the calendar type you want to use.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Click Connect <\/strong>and follow the custom steps for your calendar choice.<\/p>\n\n\n

    You will see your connected calendar in your Greenhouse dashboard\u2019s Overview page.<\/p>\n\n\n

    4. Schedule a candidate interview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    \u2705 This section deals with interview plans and stages in Greenhouse. See the Greenhouse documentation for detailed information on creating interview plans and interview stages<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Go to the Job Dashboard<\/em> and select the job you are scheduling interviews for.<\/p>\n\n\n

    In the job details, click on the Candidates<\/strong> tab, and select the candidate you want to invite to an interview.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Expand the Interview stage you want to schedule for, and select Schedule Interview<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

    \u26a0\ufe0fIf interviews with\u00a0non-unique<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0names are created in the same Greenhouse Recruiting stage, CoderPad assigns the same CoderPad link that was already created. To ensure a fresh CoderPad link within the same stage, an interview with a\u00a0different<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0name must be created.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Add the interview details to the calendar and click + CoderPad Live Link<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

    You will see a new CoderPad link. Click Schedule and Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Greenhouse may ask you to confirm calendar settings.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Confirm your calendar and click Save<\/strong>, then click Schedule and Continue<\/strong> again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Check the details and click Send Invites<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Invites are automatically sent to Interviewers, though Candidates are not included on the calendar event created through the scheduling process outlined above<\/strong>. Be sure to notify the candidate by sending a candidate interview confirmation email<\/a>, you’ll want to make sure you include the newly created CoderPad URL (now visible in the Interview dashboard) in the confirmation email body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Back in the Interview dashboard, you will see the new pad in your pads list.<\/p>\n\n\n

    5. After the interview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In your Greenhouse dashboard, you will see information about the completed interview and links to next steps in the recruitment process.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Your interviewing team will receive an email reminder to fill out the scorecard after the interview. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There is a link to the Technical Interview<\/strong> scorecard in the email. If you click the Interview Prep<\/strong> section, you will find the CoderPad Live Link.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

    To find the same link in Greenhouse, go to the Candidates <\/strong>list in the Job details and hover over the relevant candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click the Select Interview Kit<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n\n\n
